Before you arrive
we want to make sure that you
understand our way of living


Our houses can accommodate a limited number of guests, listed on each property. 

No extra guests can be accommodated.

We aim to welcome people that are looking for a relaxing time. 

Our houses are not suitable for partying or big friends reunions. While you are in our properties you can not invite people in the house, other than those registered on the booking.

All our accommodations are no smoking, inside as well as in the outside areas. Thank you for respecting this.

Our apartments are rental apartments with limited services, we are not a hotel. We have No reception.

Rules and Instructions:

From 22:00 o’clock on is nighttime peace. So we kindly ask you to lower you voice.

Our apartments do not have air conditioning, but in case of needs, portable air Fans are available.

The pools are open from 09:00 am till 12:00 am and from 14:00 pm till 20:00 pm. Please respect these instructions.

During your stay you are responsible for the house, the outside area and all the items included in it: furnitures, kitchen supplies, amenities, objects, linen, towels, pool, garden furnitures, beach ombrella, pillows and anything else present in the accommodation at your arrival. By booking the accommodation, you are taking responsibility for all of it, so please let us know if you find something already broken, or if you break something yourself.


During your stay the stove must be kept clean and tidy.

Before departure all waste must be disposed.

On the last day of your stay we kindly ask you to empty the fridge. The only things we might keep are fruit, vegetables and sealed bottles. Take the rest with you or throw it away.

At the end of your stay you are kindly requested to wash and put all the cutlery and dishes back in place.

Extra cleaning is available for an extra charge, please contact us for details.

Final cleaning is to pay at arrival ( unless it is already included in your booking confirmation), but if the apartment is left in dirty or chaotic conditions, we reserve the right to impose an extra cleaning fee.

Towels and bed linen, toilet paper and basic soap are provided at the start, but will not be replaced or refurnished until the end of your stay. Extra towels can be provided with an additional charge.

We provide a starter set of soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee etc. Any additional products needed must be obtained by you, the tenants.

Arrival and Departure:

Check in is from 4pm until 10pm. We accept late arrivals only in case of flights or emergencies.

Check outs are before 10am.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit is asked at arrival ( unless you already payed it with your booking).

The deposit must be in cash and will be returned by bank transfer after 72 hours from your departure day.

If during your stay, you break something, please report it to us and take responsibility. You can either buy it new yourself, or we can verify its price and retain it from your deposit.
